Trapezoid Mill series MTW--the latest grinding equipment which owns many knowledge patents. This grinding equipment has been developed on the basis of many engineers’ ripe experience and combining the actual requirement and proposal of our 9518 customers’ requirements. This grinding mill adopts bevel gear overall drive, inner automatic Thin-Oil lubricating system, arc air channel and several latest patent technology.

Trapezoid Mill series MTW is mainly used to grind kinds of ores including lime stone, quartz, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, thulium,marble, porcelain, bauxite, manganese, iron ore, copper ore, phosphorite, ferric oxide(red), zirconium, slag, active carbon, dolomite, granite, ferric oxide(yellow), bean cake, fertilizer, compound fertilizer, coal ash, soft coal and many other materials which are non-flammable, non-explosive, Moh’s hardness below 9 and moisture below 6%.

The Advantages of Trapezoid Mill series MTW:

1) Bevel gear overall drive: the traditional grinding mill is driven by speed reducer and coupling.
2) Inner automatic Thin-Oil lubricating system: the traditional mill adopts grease lubrication, so the lubricating resistance is stronger, the temperature will be higher soon, the bearing life is shorter. MTW series mill adopts inner L.O. pumps, so the main shaft bearing and bevel gear can be lubricated without an additional lubrication system.
3) Arc air channel: all of the air channel of traditional grinding mill is upright board type.Trapezoid Mill series MTW adopts a cambered air channel, the tangential air goes into air channel easily because there is small resistance. And the inner outlet is very good for the grinded material to spread around and avoid grinding material jammed.
4) Cambered shovel with renewable edge: The shovel edge of Trapezoid Mill series MTW adopts high wearable limit alloy, its life will be longer. You only have to change the edge, not the whole shovel. so the steel material is saved.
5) Separated cyclone: There is a separated structure between inner piping and mixed air and powder. The efficiency and precision of classifying is promoted highly;
6) No resistance snail shell (small checking door so that there is not an eddy air flow): Trapezoid Mill series MTW make the inner surface of checking door stay with the inner surface of snail shell on the same plane, so the eddy air flow is avoided efficiently;
7) Perfect outward appearance: Both of the inner parts and outer part of the MTW series mill adopt advanced structure and beautiful arc structure design. This makes the mill advanced and beautiful.

Working Principle of Trapezoid Mill series MTW:

The standard configuration of Trapezoid Mill series MTW consists of main unit, powder classifier, blower, elevator, feeder, hopper, cyclone collector, dust catcher, blower, motor, pipe, electric control box and so on.

the materials are fed into the grinding chamber for grinding by vibrating feeder equably and continuously. The powder after grinding goes upwards together with the airflow, after separating by powder separator, those which can meet the fineness requirement enters into the cyclone powder collector through pipe together with the airflow, and then discharged from the discharge valve as final products. The airflow is sucked into centrifugal blower through wind recycling pipe at the upper part of cyclone powder collector. The mainframe is driven by the speed reducer through the central axis in the mill. The quincunx stand connected with the upper part of central axis, at the quincunx stand, rollers are set and by which the vibrating pivot formed. Below the quincunx stand and rollers there is shovel system. Materials are fed into the space between rollers and shovels when they are turning, and then be grinded by the pressure produced when rollers are turning, thus powder is made.
