Working Principle of CS Series Cone Crusher:
CS Series Cone Crusher mainly consists of frame, concaves assembly, mantle assembly, spring, bowl support, and transmission. Auxiliary parts includes electrical system, lubrication system, and hydraulic clearing system. Concaves assembly of CS Series Cone Crusher is composed of adjustment sleeve, concave, while mantle assembly is composed of main shaft, mantle head, mantle. Transmission part is composed of pulley, shaft, pinion and gear.
Motor drives eccentric bushing to rotate via V-belts, pulley, shaft, pinion, gear. Mantle rotates with eccentric bushing, so mantle goes near and far from the concave, and crush stone into smaller size.
