Shaping Crusher Series VSI5X is made up of First Stage Impact Curtain With Anvils, Second Stage Impact Curtain With Anvils, Impact Crutain Adjusting Rods, Rotor, Blow Bar, Liner plate, Discharge Opening, Wedge Lock Assembly, Third Stage Impact Plate, Back-up Bar and so on.
Shaping Crusher Series VSI5X works as below: the materials entered the crusher are divided into two parts, one part enters into the rotating through the middle of distributor impeller, then is accelerated at high speed, and shot through the tunnels around the impeller by the speed of 60-75 meter/second. The materials will impact with materials fallen around distributor, and then hit on the crushing chamber, then will be rebounded and impact on the top of the crushing chamber. After this the direction of materials gets changed to discharge opening. Therefore some materials will be impacted, crushed, milled twice or more times in the crushing chamber. This can form a closed circulation system; in general, the sand forming percentage increases 20-30% and the product shape is good.
