Working principle of Jaw Crusher series PE
The main parts of Jaw Crusher is frame, flywheel, movable plate, fixed plate, toggle plate, set adjustment, main bearing etc.
The toggle plate is used for protection. Through belt the motor of jaw crusher transmits power, and drives the movable jaw doing periodic motion towards the fixed jaw via the eccentric shaft by a regulated track. when the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw, the materials in the crushing cavity will be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.
