Working principle of Hydraulic Jaw Crusher series JC
Hydraulic Jaw crusher series JC is mainly consist of frame, the rotation part of the eccentric bearing, the working part of the crushing cavity, the safety unit and the Hydraulic adjustment devices and so on. The toggle plate is used for protection the safety production of the jaw crusher. Through belt the motor of jaw crusher transmits power, and drives the movable jaw doing periodic motion towards the fixed jaw via the eccentric shaft by a regulated track. when the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw, the materials in the crushing cavity will be crushed and then be discharged through the discharging opening.
