Working principle of Hydraulic Impact Crusher series PFW
Impact Crusher series PFW is mainly made up of the rotor part, impact support, frame, hydraulic cover open device and transmission parts and other components.In the Impact Crusher series PF of Shanghai Shibang (SBM), hammer is made of high chrome, liner board is made of wearable materials, tooth impact plate is specially designed.
During the process of operating, the electric motor bring the rotor in high speed along. The materials will be crushed due to the high-speed impact of the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for the secondary crush. Finally the crushed materials will be discharged through the discharge opening.
Particular attention: prohibit access of iron and other materials unbreakable, which will cause significant damage to the equipment.
